Privacy & Data Notice

How we handle information.

Northstar collects only the information necessary to evaluate fit, deliver requested operating resources, and coordinate working sessions.

01 / Scope

Information we collect

When you interact with our site, field tools, or inquiry forms:

  • Free Tools Access: When accessing the Decision Reset or Prompt Book, we request an organization-issued email address to confirm legitimate business usage. We record access attempts to monitor resource delivery.
  • Session & Inquiry Requests: When submitting a request for a paid working session, inquiry screening, or Field Kit edition, we collect your name, business email, company name, role, problem context, and scheduling preferences.
  • Technical Metadata: We record standard diagnostic logs (such as timestamp, general referring page, and submission status) to protect against abusive or automated submissions.
02 / Use

How information is used

Your information is used strictly for direct business communications with Northstar:

  • To verify that requests originate from legitimate business domains.
  • To respond to your specific inquiry or prepare for a 90-minute working session.
  • To send the requested edition of the Operating Field Kit or follow-up operating resources.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with external marketers, brokerages, or data vendors.
03 / Security

Confidentiality & retention

Inquiries and submission logs are retained only as long as needed to manage client relationships and maintain service security. We advise visitors not to submit non-public financial, trade secret, or classified data through web forms or unencrypted email.

If you wish to request deletion of your contact details from our records, email info@northstaroperatinggroup.com with the subject line Privacy Request.
